Have you lost your driving licence?

Q. How is this possible?

A. Due to the new EU integration policy it is possible for residents and non-residents of other EU countries to drive in other member states with their licence issued from other EU countries, due to local interpretation of the law and a certain loophole we are able to obtain primary & secondary EU licences.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located right in the middle of Central Europe (where it is easiest to obtain driving licences from ex-communist states), although our agents are throughout the E.U. In Central Europe the E.U. laws are interpreted by 'town hall' employees who have had no legal training. While we do not condone illegal activity, we cannot be held liable for these institutions policies.

Regardless of nationality, holders of licences AND drivers who have lost their driving documents from the following countries are eligible.

Q. Is this legal?

A. Yes

Q. If I decide to collect it personally, will that speed up the processing time and how long will it take then?

Yes but it depends upon which country we make your application with, it can all be arranged within one day usually, you can fly out and return on the same day if you wish as flying time is approx two hours and cheap flights run throughout the day from as little as 30 GBP return. The visit to the processing centre will take approx two to three hours and you can be collected from the airport and returned by a member of our staff. You wont even have to stay the night if you don't want to. The licence is then sent out by post to one of our addresses in about 7 days after application which we then forward on to you by FEDEX.

Q. I am an existing customer and the licences displayed on the home page are different to the licence you obtained for me before, can I change to the new E.U flag style?

Yes, you will have to return the existing licence, the fee is only 49 GBP - this offer is only open to existing customers.

Q I have been banned (licence revoked) in the UK or elsewhere, can I drive legally in the UK or other countries with one of these licences.

A. No

Q. Can I obtain the licence in any name I want?

A. We would ask that you complete the application form truthfully with genuine details. However, for UK citizens a standard name change declaration form can be provided to you if you wish in order for you to obtain the licence in another name.

Q. What countries are available?

A. At the moment, we have a presence in Germany, Spain, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. However we can assist with all E.U member states on request although an additional charge of 100 GBP will apply.

Q. I have a provisional licence and want to exchange it for a full E.U licence, can your service help me?

No - try a different angle.

Q. I have an expired licence, can you help?

No - try a different angle.

Q. I have mislaid my licence, can you still get me a licence?

Yes, you must sign a sworn declaration that you have lost it while visiting, and that is enough for some offices. You don't have to prove anything else. Your sworn declaration is translated, stamped, and attached to the application together with your translated self declaration of the entitlements.

Q. I have mislaid my licence and do not have any details about my licence number etc.

In this circumstance we use an additional procedure to obtain a temporary licence in a 'donor' country, we then have the temporary licence translated and exchanged for a full E.U. licence from another country.

Q. I cannot scan my photo can I post it to you?

A. We would prefer you to scan your photo and email it to us if you cannot then you can send it to us together with payment at the address provided on the contact us page.

Q. Can I put extra entitlements such as motor cycle entitlement or HGV on the genuine licence?

A. Yes you can put as many or as little entitlements as you specify on the self declaration form.

Q. I've lost my licence, can I still obtain one through your service?

A. You must sign a sworn declaration that you have lost your licence and the circumstances on how you lost it! (no joke) and that you declare that you are entitled to drive and this is sufficient with some offices in certain countries.

Q. This is an outrage, its obvious this system is open to abuse!

Contact your MEP as we want all the publicity we can get! Yes you are correct, the E.U. is a complete joke. Twenty five countries all trying to merge half heartedly.

Q. Why haven't you been shut down by the Police?

Please read the website again, we are NOT doing anything illegal. We are representatives of the applicant only and not responsible if the applicant lies or makes a false declaration! That's the clients business! We do not condone illegal activity. We follow the procedures as dictated by the foreign licensing authorities. Should these procedures change in the countries we operate in, there are another ten Eastern European countries that recently joined the E.U to explore. All with their own unique procedures. Please don't ask us to break laws. Follow the options. Everything is possible.

Q. Do I have to attend some practical and theoretical tests in order for this to work.

No

Q. I have the old style paper driving licence, is it enough?

Yes

Q. Do they check the details on my existing licence to make sure it is genuine?

No

Q. Do I have to have proof that I have left my country in order to exchange the E.U. licence in my home country.

No - the licence is all you need which we will obtain for you.

Q. What happens to my old licence?

You declare that you have destroyed it/lost it and that you declare that you will not hold two licences at any one time.

Q. Do I have to get a visa in order for the issuing country to accept my application?

No

Q. Once I have the E.U. licence, can I exchange it for my home countries licence?

Yes - all E.U. licences are exchangeable in your home country (within E.U.)

Q. For how long can I drive on these licences in my home country?

The same as your current licence validity dates.

Q. Is there any need to exchange one of these licences in my home country?

Not really - it is totally up to you if you wish to exchange it again.

Q. Wont it be strange that I have a foreign countries driving licence even though I am not a citizen of that country? And wont the Police question this when I get stopped on the road?

They wont question it, there may be a million reasons why you have a foreign licence and thousands of people now drive with foreign issued licences, its a regular occurrence for them to be presented with licences from all around the world.

Q. Will the licence that you obtain for me be valid on the foreign governments computers?

Yes of course, the licence is GENUINE, issued by the government and as such is verifiable in the issuing country.

Q. I do not have a licence, but I have passed the tests and hold a 'certificate' for entitlement to drive, can you help?

Yes

Q. What address is printed on the licence?

Unlike UK driving licences, most E.U. licences do not have an address anywhere on the licence. However, the authorities in the country of issuance will have an address for you which is provided by us in the same country where we apply. The address you specify on the application form is the address for our records only and will not be provided to any third parties.

Q. Will I be able to use one of these licences outside of the E.U? i.e. USA or Canada for example?

Yes, they are recognised as official driving licences from all over the world.

Q. I am not an E.U. citizen, can you still help?

Yes

Q. Can I exchange one of these E.U licences outside of the E.U?

It has been reported that some countries in Africa will, but other than that we do not know. If you have any information on this topic we would like to hear from you. Theoretically, you should be able to exchange the licence in any country that is a signatory to the Geneva or Vienna Road Traffic Convention. Please contact your local driving licence issuer for information regarding any possibilities of this, and let us know so we can inform our clients please!

Q. I do not have a licence, I have never passed a driving exam, and I won't say that I have or I won't say that I have mislaid a licence. Is there any other way for me to get a licence?

Yes, pass your driving test in your own country. Sorry, we cannot help you with that!
